Policies
Although our programs are held at Strafford School, please keep in mind that this is a privately owned Program. Please refrain from calling the school to reach our staff or to let us know your child will not be in attendance. If your child will not be attending on a scheduled day, please notify us via Procare.
Children may only leave the Program to attend before/after-school activities at Strafford School with a signed permission slip. If we do not have a permission slip for your child, then he/she will not be allowed to participate in the school activity.
Two-Hour Delays: If Strafford School announces a two-hour delay, B.S.E. will open at 9:00 AM. A.S.E. will operate as usual.
Early Dismissal: If Strafford School closes early or has a scheduled half day, A.S.E. will be closed. In this case, it is the parent's responsibility to update Pick up Patrol or otherwise notify Strafford School with dismissal plans for your child.
Storm Hours: In the event that after school activities are canceled at Strafford School, A.S.E. parents will receive a call from Strafford School. We will also send out a Procare message to all families. It will advise that the after school program will operate on "storm hours." This means that we are open…however, we are closing early. All parents are asked to arrive by 4:30 p.m. The Program will close at 4:30 p.m. Thank you for your cooperation!
